CCB's rise to the top started shortly after implementing their own version of a get rich scheme that they called "risked based pricing". It is driving Marylanders and people all across America to bankruptcy court in record numbers which hurts ALL tax-payers: Mary Rowland in Money Insider's, short list of banks with "serious delinquency problems"in her article she reports Chevy Chase Bank being the 2nd WORST in the country! She warned consumers to stay away from these banks with such serious delinquencies rates as Chevy Chase Bank has!
